🧐 Trivia Answer: D) Lima Bean
💡 In the early 20th century, Orange County was dubbed “Beanville” for its massive lima bean production. The Segerstrom family, now known for South Coast Plaza, built their fortune farming limas, once harvesting enough to fill 50 train cars in a single season.
